On behalf of the Chair of NC BOT/Municipal Mayor Hon. Maria Elena Germar, former SB Chair of Committee on Education, Engr. Alfredlew Paolo Germar delivered his opening remarks. In his speech, he expressed commendation to NC College President, Dr. Liberty Pascual, as he witnessed the institutions' progress under her leadership. Hon. Salvador Pleyto, Representative of 6th District of Bulacan, delivered his message as the commencement speaker. Cong. Pleyto expressed his support to the institution and promised NC community to work with Mayor Germar on the improvement of NC gymnasium so that the next graduation rites will be held within the school ground.
TBTP is a program designed to provide socioeconomic opportunities for low-income families with college students through the provision of Cash for Work initiatives while fostering community engagement and educational support. A total of 55 students both from BSEd and BEEd department were selected to join the said program as tutors.

Dr. Liberty Pascual together with Mr. Arman M Bitancur, College Librarian, and Dr. Maricar Joy Correa Buluran warmly welcomed officials from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Regional Office.
Officials from PRC namely, Hon. Yolanda Granda and Hon. Lourdes David, Chairperson and Member of Professional Regulatory Board for Librarians (PRBFL), with Ms. Mary Elaine Espela, PRC Representative, guaranteed Norzagaray College the Certificate of Compliance as proof that the institution specifically the library services complied with the policies and standards set by the commission.
As per the PRC's representatives, the certificate will be soon released and awarded to the institution.

The Office of Research Services officially opened its Institutional Research Week 2025. This two-day event started with its first-ever Research Exhibit showcasing a diverse lineup of student research projects that aimed to bridge academic knowledge with real world impact.
Dr. Liberty Pascual officially welcomed everyone in the event including stakeholders who participated in the gathering.
Ms. Romailyn Flores, Coordinator of Research Services, invited everyone to visit booths at NC gymnasium and computer laboratory B to discover insightful studies that championed learning, community engagement, and sustainable development.
The second part of the activity will be held tomorrow, June 4, 2025, with the 2nd Provincial Research Conference via Zoom.

Norzagaray College proudly joined the parade and opening ceremony of the ALCU-R3 Sports and Cultural Competitions, held at the City Sports Complex, City of San Jose del Monte. This highly anticipated event marked the beginning of an exciting week of competitions among local colleges and universities across Region III.
Wearing matching clothes and waving banners, the delegates of Norzagaray College showed their school pride as they marched alongside other participating schools. The parade was full of color, energy, and smiles, showcasing each institutionβs unique spirit and identity.
The opening ceremony was filled with inspiring moments. Dr. Roger S. Ambida, President of ALCU3 and City of San Jose del Monte College, warmly welcomed all participants. Dr. Lora L. Yusi, Director IV of CHEDRO3, delivered a motivational message, commending the member-schools for their dedication and excellence, proudly highlighting, βtatak Region 3, tatak mahusay.β
One of the symbolic highlights was the lighting of the torch, officially signaling the start of the competitions. Jomel Mosquera of Norzagaray College took part in the torch-lighting ceremony, joining the captain balls from different Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs) across the region.
The ALCU-R3 Sports and Cultural Competitions will run from April 26 to April 29, 2025. Norzagaray College is now ready to give their best in every event and make the school proud.
